Measure Guide
📏 How to Record a Size or Count-Based Entry
If your tournament is judged by size, length, measurements, or quantity, follow these guidelines when submitting your entry.
📋 Use an Appropriate Measuring Method
Use a suitable measuring tool such as a measuring tape, ruler, measuring board, or another approved method specified by the tournament rules.
📐 Measure CorrectlyTake measurements according to the tournament requirements. Ensure the starting and ending points are clearly visible and follow any specific instructions provided by the organiser.
🔢 Count AccuratelyIf the tournament is based on quantity, ensure every item being counted is clearly visible and easy to verify.
📸 Provide Clear EvidenceCapture photos or videos showing:
- ✅ The entire catch, harvest, or items
- ✅ The measuring tool or counting evidence
- ✅ Measurement markings or total quantity clearly visible
- ✅ Everything visible in a single frame whenever possible
Some tournaments may require additional proof, specific measuring techniques, timestamps, tags, or identification markers. Always review the tournament rules before submitting.
Entries with missing measurements, incorrect counting, incomplete photos, or evidence that cannot be verified may be rejected by the tournament organiser.
